Company Overview
Resortia LLC is an 8 year old resort services holding company based in Denver, Colorado. There are three main interrelated businesses serving vacation home owners and visitors in destination communities. The company's management team identifies unique resort-market opportunities and develops business strategies and alliances to capitalize on those opportunities.
Resortia has developed an innovative approach to deploying its businesses through its “Managing Partner” corporate structure. Each of its operating entities is a separate company (LLC) that is owned and managed by a local Managing Partner in partnership with Resortia. Resortia provides the business model, branding, marketing, legal, and operational and enterprise system support, while the local business is run by the company’s Managing Partner who brings local market knowledge and industry specific expertise to the partnership.
Resortia is privately financed and has 27 equity stakeholders participating in a combination of debt and equity offerings. Every member of the management team holds an equity position in the company.
The company continues to seek out strategic partnerships with like-minded people - and is in the process of expanding to untapped resort and travel destinations throughout North America, the Caribbean and Europe.
