Grey Schuhmacher has purchased a significant equity interest in Jackson Hole Rentals By Owner, LLC and has agreed to become the Managing Partner of the business. Schuhmacher is also the Managing Partner of Steamboat Rentals By Owner, LLC and Winter Park Rentals By Owner, LLC.

Resortia is a 7 year old resort services holding company based in Denver, Colorado. Resortia has three main interrelated businesses serving vacation home owners and visitors in destination communities. The company's management team identifies unique resort-market opportunities and develops business strategies and alliances to capitalize on those opportunities.
The company is privately financed and has approximately 26 equity stakeholders participating in a combination of debt and equity offerings. Every member of the management team holds an equity position in the company. The company continues to seek out strategic partnerships with like-minded people.
