The company fills a niche of providing sales and marketing rental agency services to vacation homeowners at costs far below those of traditional property managers with reliable and responsive service to both home owners and guests. The a turn-key sales process delivers home owners with rentals that fit each owner's rental objectives and enables home owners to retain total control over their property. Visitors select accommodations through accurate and comprehensive listings. And, they receive the service and certainty that the home they select is exactly as represented. Each resort market's business is run by a local Managing Partner who provides owners and guests with the local expertise, support and presence to enhance the total guest-owner experience. Each Managing Partner owns a significant equity position in the local business. Resortia provides the marketing, branding, sales support and enterprise systems services to each operating entity while retaining majority ownership and control of each business.
