The core of our business is our Managing Partner corporate structure.  Resortia is a holding company that has equity ownership in all of our many operating entities that we own in partnership with individual  Managing Partners.  Resortia’s management team develops and incubates business concepts and turns them into viable businesses in the resort lodging, marketing and real estate categories.  We then identify a Managing Partner for each business who purchases an equity interest in each company and then takes local management control and responsibility for growing the business in partnership with Resortia.

Resortia provides the infrastructure, business enterprises systems, brands. legal, accounting and marketing, while our Managing Partners work close to the customer driving the business through the sales efforts and by developing strategic relationships.

Our Managing Partners are free to run their business to focus on growth and to develop market and business opportunities within their territory or business category.  Partners benefit from the network of like-minded partners, cost savings and industry-leading business systems that have been developed to support a large network of businesses.

Resortia also partners with full service property management companies in certain resort destinations - through our Licensed Partner program - whereby local leading companies become part of our network by adding the “Resortia Rentals By Owner” brand to their existing established local brand to meet the needs of additional homeowners and guests.

Partnership Opportunities:

Resortia Rentals By Owner - Resortia will be launching in every resort and travel destination in the USA, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean plus major destinations in Europe.    Regional territory opportunities exist encompassing multiple states and provinces, as well as individual resort destinations markets.  A Regional Partner is not required to reside in a resort destination - but would be responsible for the master development of the entire territory.  It is highly recommended that a local Managing Partner reside in close proximity (2 hours) to the destination.
